Refund / Return Policy
All sales at Bat & Bow are final. Because we’re a small independent shop, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or buyer’s remorse — so please check product details, measurements, and photos carefully before ordering.
We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, email us at support@batbow.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify. We are not responsible for items damaged after use or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
UK & EU Customers: In addition to our damaged/defective item policy above, customers in the UK and EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, email support@batbow.shop within 14 days of delivery. You’ll then have 14 days to return the item at your own cost, unused and in original condition, for a full refund of the item price (original shipping costs are refunded only if you received free shipping or your entire order is being returned).
