Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on your location (some items ship from overseas partners). Delays from the carrier or customs are outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Bat & Bow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, or for orders delayed due to an incorrect shipping address.
